Good news. Today I went to the mall for the first time in about 2387223 years. I finally bought two things that I have really been wanting:

So I'm taking a humanities class this semester, and yesterday we looked at some works by Rembrandt that really struck me, I don't know why. Anyway, I thought I'd post them here for your viewing pleasure.

We also looked at some sculptures by Bernini and paintings by Caravaggio and it took me back to Rome...sigh. Seeing pictures of art just isn't the same as seeing the real thing.
